Default Typically replaced in engine rebuild?

I have a question for those that have rebuilt a few of these engines. Would a complete rebuild at 150k typically reuse the pistons, rods and head studs while replacing the rings, rod bolts/nuts and main/rod bearings with new?
Also, how about a valve job at the same time reusing springs and valves (polishing), while machining cylinders and heads?
I realize there are a lot of variables going into a reuse/replace decision, but it seems after this many miles, and 'while you're there', pistons, valve springs, and head/case studs should be replaced.

Thanks,

Hi Doug,

A complete & proper rebuild (at your mileage) will include:

New piston/cylinder set (includes rings, pins and clips)
New valves, guides & seals
New main & rod bearings
New Intermediate shaft bearings
New timing chains, ramps and tensioners
New spockets
Rods are rebushed, resized and get new ARP bolts
Top & bottom, all-Viton gasket set
New rubber lower intake manifolds and boots

This gives you a new engine that goes another 150-200K miles (with proper maintenance), not simply one that is freshened up.
