wouldn't one have to replace all the seals, bushings on this car, all rubber pieces, etc., even to drive it around the block.

if you store the car right, it will start just fine, mine only has 7k miles, and is run around the block every month or so, and has remaining tight as a drum, not one drop of oil on the floor... it is all in climate and storage.
