Fitted my rs copy bumper today.
It was a complete pig to remove the original, every bolt seized in, every screw corroded!
Must of took me and my mate with a full workshop about 2 hours to get the thing off and ready to be re-fitted, had to grind allmost all the bolts off .
Then had to run up to porsch-apart and spend £70 on 3 new arms that hold the sides on.
Anyway after all the messing its on, and looks good
Need to finish the hole for the towing eye, need a bigger cone bit.
Anyway thanks for the pics they where a big help.

Nice work. Looks the biz!

Do you mind me asking which supplier you got it from?

Looks good Russ. Will you be at Donny on the 7th or are you still working?

The bumper is a fibreglass copy made by pro-9, it fits fine but didnt come with any cut outs for the lights or towing eye. But a fraction of the cost of an original.
The 7th is no good for me rich, iam in work all weekend .
I really wanted to go as well, maybe next time.

A couple of pics for Freedman to have a look at.

The holes for the lights still need a little more work, ill sort this out when it goes for paint.

Car is filthy, welsh dirt

Looking Russy boy! Whats the quality of the fibreglass ones like?

I had 2 real RS rear sections for sale recent, and it seemed like people where saving their buck for these fibreglass ones.

There ok Nski, just takes a little time to get them bob on.
The fibreglass is very thick, makin it strong and easy to work with.
I like your back bumper best, its US spec me thinks?
Its different like rs but not rs, works well with your small plate
