Need Pics!!!
Welcome, and congrats!!
I just put H&R red springs (the turbo variant of H&R springs for the 964) and Bilstein HD shocks on the car. I have not even been able to test her yet do to work, but if you search around on here you will find quite a bit of information on anything that you could ever want to do to the car.

Looks great. I would keep the wheels as is, once lowered.
I have Bilsteins and H&R Greens on my car, but if I did it again I would go for the KW kit, which was just coming onto the market 3 years ago. More adjustability and well put together.

Nice! What number is your car? (last four of VIN) That is some low mileage! I saw some deals on ebay for lowering springs, or check out the classifieds here for used ones if you really are on a budget. Be aware that our early cars use different shock/strut mounts if you go that way.

No affiliation but there is a set of slightly used (1000 miles) Eibach springs and Bilstein HDs listed for sale in my local PCA newsletter, I think the price is $550 obo. Let me know and I will give you the contact info.

I'll trying to get up to speed on the various suspension options for 964s but don't know what the KW kit is. Could you explain? Thanks.
Agreed your C4 is really nice. Good choice.
