Good eye, you must have spent some time out here. I have never been to the parade. I assume, its great fun (not sure what to expect) and it will be especially satisfying for once seeing more of our cars then 4 x 4s. I am a bit embarrassed showing my car with all it's stone chips, the result of sand on the roads all winter long. I hope everyone isn't too surprised about how their cars drive at 9,000 feet but the roads will provide an opportunity for some spirited driving.

Consider 'home' everywhere along the eastern side of the Rockies. CO, WY
If nothing else, attend the first day's concourse. And shine yours up for that week with no apologies -- those are hard-earned mileage badges, (given CDOT's gravel-addiction.)
