1992 - C2 Rear window defogger
My rear window defogger has three separate sections of heating elements. Only one section is working, but there is power to the other two. Anyone have a way to troubleshoot the other two elements?

Are you sure the connection (wiring) is sound? There are multiple points where the wiring is connected to the elements... I'd check those if you've not done so already.
