Yeah, it's beautiful... I just don't think I can bring myself to sell it... Plus Gina said she'd kick my *** if I sell it... So the Roadster stays... Besides, it still puts a big grin on my face everytime I drive it... Isn't that what it's all about...
Thanks for the kind words...

I just realized this car was for sale at the New Hope car show 2 weeks ago. Nicely optioned car and very clean. I thought it was the same car but wasn't sure. Doubt there are 2 out there with the same options as this beauty.

Bull - Best of luck with the sale. I remember when you purchased that car from AIC Auto up in Pennsylvania. Very nice.
One quick question - what is the mileage? This will affect price of course...
I can speak to this. Europeans tend to be buying these cars. Someone mentioned earlier the low miles 94 that sold in Canada for $70+K. We also saw one listed on Rennlist with high 20s on the odometer sell for $55K. The '94s are going up in price, and the sweet spot is with cars less than 20K on the odometer. '89s tend to be selling for $10-$15K premiums above the 94s.
I don't know about "Super Collectible", but I am in complete agreement that this car will go up in value over time. I am also a fan of the 92 US Cup Cars (only 45 were imported - is that then Super, Super, Super Collectibe?). I'd love to have both in my collection if I had the funds available. Too bad my wife likes nice things too!
Best of luck. From my peripheral view of ARs:
*Mileage less than 20K = value close to $60K
*Mileage in the 20-30K range = value in low to mid $50Ks.
*Mileage in the 30-40k range = value in the high $40Ks
Just my thoughts...

I deeply regret selling my '92 America Roadster Black/Tan every time I see a convertible or a widebody. I wish I still had it. It would be a hrd decision for a turbo though. Good luck!

I have an opportunity to buy a 993 Turbo S and I'm churning inside as to whether or not to part with my concours condition AR...
My AR is #194 of only 250 and one of only 86 built in 93... Original sticker price was $98,280.00... I'm the 2nd owner with only 31,000 miles...
Thoughts? Price?...

Bull30, I just sold mine 8 months ago to a collector overseas. It took two years to sell it. The problem for me I believe was the color. Looks great in person, but looked even lighter in photos. Guess it's wasn't a man's man color. I have nothing to substantiate the numbers but I was told by a PCA member that only 6 were made in the Raspberry Red Metallic. Four shipped to the U.S. and two to the U.K.(1 went to Honk Kong). The rarity did not make my car worth more. PM me if you want to know what I sold it for.
In the last 8 months I've been searching for another Turbo Pcar. No more drop tops. Too much problems.
