I hate extension cords.

My builder thought it was a bit OTT too but this was coming from a guy who put only 2 outlets in my whole triple attached garage so what does he know?

Marc,
Details on the T5 lights?
I am trying to decide on lighting for my 30x40 garage w/ 12' ceiling - I want enough light, the right color of light, and efficiency.
Does anyone have a good reference on selecting lighting - type and quantity?

Great garage. I hope I can get my garage wired this fall.

I used the software from here to calculate light fixture type, size, and placement.

It is nice knowing that your light fixture selection is correct so you can ignore the "expert" advice from the electrician who thinks fewer of another type of light would be "adequate"

Thanks, buddy.

So, when can I expect everyone to come for the first wrenching party?
