I learned with our crazy 103 F weather in SoCal valleys this Sunday that I am not mentally prepared for summer heat this early in the year and neither is my 964 A/C.

I learned that working flat out on the house all week doesn't garantee that you'll get sex on the weekend!

Yes, that was Sunday. I would have only lost a few seconds except I had to go into Black Flag to explain my mad drifting skillz....

Wow Greg, how did the rest of the day work out with a wet driver's seat?

I didn't really learn anything new, but I had something confirmed - Some members of society are complete c*cks

Went out to my car Saturday morning to discover this:

Nothing more than mindless vandelism - They did the window on my neighbours car too and didn't take anything.

*sigh*

Sorry to see that Adam. I once had my wing mirror kicked off outside a friends house one night and it made me so angry that someone would do that and it ends up costing you a lot of money.

Awww, that one didn't even raise my heart rate. However, I've had a couple of others that were closer to true code browns. Like this little gem where I ended up coming to rest near a barrier, *** end first down a drainage slope. Fortunately, no harm done except to my ego.

#1 I learned Monday evening that if you hit your hand hard enough with a 3# hammer, it can cause you to review your entire life of car ownership in a long string of elaborate expletives.
#2 Rebuilding the drive shaft of a Fiat Spider really requires a hydraulic press.
#3 If you make the mistake of putting the dust shields on backwards around the main carrier bearing, and press the unit together, you will never, ever get it apart again...
#4 Finding spare driveshafts is relatively easy... the landscape seems to be littered with them.

Quick Reply: Monday- What have you learned?
