Don't know what your big numbers next to calcium indicate, but it looks like you're not scrimping on the broccoli.
(any idea what Ca means in your oil?)

OK James, here's my latest oil analysis from Blackstone. I did use a bunch of leaded 110 octane gas over the summer at the race tracks. And spinach, broccoli, and other roughage.
This is also the first sample I did with the Brad Penn 20W-50 oil. The previous sample I sent was with the oil from the previous owner - Castrol 20W-50.

Valvoline VR1 20W50 UOA
Reviving this thread. UOAs are sprinkled throughout the 964 board. I thought it was a good idea and cool to have a single thread with everyone's 964 results, without starting an oil war. Here is mine with Valvoline VR1 20W50. I was expecting the TBN to be worse since dino "Race Oils" aren't suppose to be run for extended periods but was pleasantly surprised. I made a mistake when filling out the form, I actually used 2qts of make-up oil.
The Copper is a little concerning, which comes from either bearings or valve guides I believe. The previous owners had the engine tray on from 0-34k miles. I would have thought the bronze-like material the valve guides are made from would have also released some tin, but that didn't happen.
It was interesting to see (directly above) Ilko's copper count cut in half from one oil change to the next.
Please post your results, and/or chime in.

Well... that time was at a Time Trial (mini track day type of event) and in the middle of the Texas summer.
Since then i've lowered the fan engagement point, i've added fog light ducts routed to the cooler, and i've replaced the thermostat.
I haven't raced the car again in such conditions, only shorter autocross sessions in fall weather, but this coming spring and summer should shape up into some nice opportunities to put it to the test again.

Here's my thread. All street, 8300 miles on Shell Rotella T6 Syn.
High copper in these analyses is purported to come from the oil cooler and associated hardlines. My intent is 15,000 mile intervals; I'll pull another sample at 140k miles.

another UOA. First one was with Vavoline VR1 20W50. This most recent with M1 15W50. Notice there's more ZDDP in the VR1. The only problem I see is I don't drive her enough. Anyone know where the Silver comes from?
