Any tips where I might be able to buy a wind decflector, (windcreen) in the U.S. for my 91 cab.

I've seen them in the back of Excellence magazine; they run $300+, depending on the dollar currency exchance rate. You might try a search too, since we've covered the topic before. You might even find the link, if someone posted it.
