I'm about to buy the bar from Fabspeed. Would you take $275---same price as FS?

Wow... I never imagined that it can reach that high in price, especially your auction's starting price is $380. Good luck with the sale

I never imagined that boat anchor wheels like the RS Speedlines would sell for $5k/set but they do because they are impossible to find and highly sought after (best looking wheel for our cars IMO ). Same applies to the GT2 EVO strut bar.

Honestly, I have no clue what it's worth. I put a feeler on it two weeks ago and was inundated with PMs and offers, the highest of which was $500. On that basis, I think my starting offer of $380 with no reserve is a good starting point. According to Gert, if they were still available, they would sell for ~$420, so there's another good reference point.

This is a really cool and rare part. The Fabspeed one is a near identical piece at a great price (I have one). I'd love to have the original matter one, but the reality is that it should go to someone who has one of these cars since Matter is no longer in business. Functionally, it won't be any different than the Fabspeed peice.

I've sold a few Matter roll bars/cages...for a very strong $$...I wonder if anyone knows why Matter went out of business? They built everything for a while there and the fit and quality was incredible.

Anyone know?

Hi LA964RS:

Any ideas for a Matter full cage with bolted on feature? Can you buy them from the shop or you have to order through Motorsports department?
