Southampton and kimo, you just cost me $219 for clear corners unless you know somewhere less expensive. Those look great, and the black wheels are awesome too!

Stealth is the way to go. Black wheels and a lower black 964 look great, especially with contrasting big reds front the rear. Before I had the wheels painted I got compliments, but since, people now drool over it :-)

Maybe on a black car but I found leaving a little silver gets a lot of compliments. It looks even better while moving.

I agree. Full black on cars with solid colours, otherwise leave a "ring of silver". If you want black wheels at all of course...
I saw some trend pics in a german magazine the other day and now a coming trend seems to be white wheels. So I'm already there and my full black set is in the garage

...and white windshield wipers, perhaps?
oh-God-no.
It's taken me 20 years to sweep those friggin' 'Miami Vice', 80's monocolor, 'tuner cars out of my head!
(Sorry, but I couldn't find one of those truly gag-worthy 80's triple-white Gemballa cab images I'd been hoping to picture. You know -- like the ones causing riots at auction houses these days...) [crickets]

Thanks Anthony, but the car is far from dead yet. From what I understand it will begin a metamorphosis this summer and by next year it will become a turbo-look widebody. Right now it's sitting in my garage without an engine, tranny, and a few other parts waiting for his new owner to pick her up next weekend.
