I'm afraid I can't since I have never seen any information on the subject. Interestingly, from the picture of the FVD items above it looks like they DO have some voids which are visible so I'm wondering if they provide some information on fitting.

I was given to believe that the internal voids were the whole reason why Porsche did not allow re-bushing of the wishbones although it's difficult to understand just how they might be aligned during manufacture.
