Thanks Luke-44. BTW, I registered on this site yesterday. I need to get the rest on the information anlong w/more pics to offer more complete information. It's dark when I get home right now. I'm planning on putting the new rotors on NLT this weekend so I'll bore you w/pics then.
Anybody have the DYI on reducing pics to rennlist size readily available?

1- Open with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
2- Hit print screen
3- Paste image into Microsoft Photo Editor.
4- Crop pic.
I'm sure there is an easier way to do it. But this way works well to greatly reduce the file size of the picture without making it look like crap.
Example, was 259KB is now only 121.

For the prospect of more of your photos, here's my amateurish DYI take in reducing pics:

For the prospect of more of your photos, here's my amateurish DYI take in reducing pics:
1) With your picture editor of choice (Irfan is mine), 'Resize' the photo's physical size to something manageable on most folk's screens. Say, 650 X 500 pixels.
2) Save your newly resized picture in a Jpeg format. During this Save operation, a dialog box should prompt you for your preference in picture 'Quality'. Choose around 85-90%
...3) See if the new jpegs file size is less than 170 kb. (that's this forum's max. picture size) If 'Yes' -- post that photo, Pat! No? -- Repeat Step 1 &/or 2, only with smaller size and/or picture quality.
Unfortunately, with this, it's an iterative process: Try, look, try again.2) Save your newly resized picture in a Jpeg format.
