Default Central Informer - Bad?

I just completed the rewiring of my Hi-beams (long story but on the one lap i had several aux hella lights on a FG hood, and the abs kill switch harness was wired in) the shop i used did some rewiring to accomidate it (White from B connectection in central eletrics) i had to undo that then hook up the harnesss for the ABS kill switch (C23 interupt (or vs versa, it's late ) )

no i have no warining lights, no speedo, no spoiler, & no gauges other than Tach.

is it possible that i killed the central informer? or am i missing the 15 Pwr connection some how (B - orange to Fuse 18 which is there and good)
i retraced all my wiring (from my Cupcar site) and it is correct.
no fuses are blown.

i can't get a hammer till tuesday but any ideas would be helpful.

Default

Got it fixed.
R11 was bad - this supplies 15E Pwr to Fuse 18.
Frustrating to diagnose since this is the relay with the Fuse check on it - that worked -
as a temp fix you can replace the fog light relay with R11 since they are the same (or any of the grey ones marked "53"

Symptom of a bad relay
1. no warning lights
2. no front blower
3. no gauge function
