It's an RS America---not a Euro 964 RS. Price seems about average.

I lost interest when it listed "custom subwoofers and amps". Sorry, but that tells me all I need to know....

I have seen that car up there several times now. Wonder why it isn't selling.

Suspension upgrades, spare wheels and non-sunroof are plusses. Not a big fan of big sound systems and window tint on a sports car, though. Limited information about service history, i.e. last valve adjustment, clutch replacement and compression/leakdown. All costly to get right.

Does any one now what the average price of an rs america is? I'm out looking for a white c2 manual without sunroof as a base to start from... and the RS Amer... might be the solution, right years, right specs.

Fwiw....Here are a few RSA's that are for sale, as well as some history of what has been sold....not a lot of cars in the $30's, and those being offered are in the high $30's........

Seen those that is a bit why i'm asking. On autotrader.com etc are the prices in general much lower even on cars without sunroof as well.. no white ones so far.... but still.. So are the prices shown on rsa the advertised price or the close price.... .. judging from the close bid and "close price right now" on ebay on RS america it looks like there is quite a gap between asking price and closing prices.. Don't want to offend anyone one with a crap bid
I could go for a bit over 30 but it is still a gap between 44 and 32-34 still it is no euro Rs but a tweaked c2

Just do a search for "RSA Prices" in the 964 forum and you'll find many reasons why the asking prices are so high. Sale prices are different of course, but people don't post them. Ask Bruce how much he paid for his

I have a white RSA without sunroof that is getting an ultra deluxe engine rebuild/upgrade right now, but you'd have to pry it out of my cold dead hands before I'll let go of it. Now if you ask my WIFE if it's for sale, you may get a different answer...

That car has been for sale on rsamerica.net for more then a year. Obviously the price is too high. At 30 or 31 whatever the bid is now its a great price, or it appears to be without doing a PPI. The reserve is not met and I would bet the reserve is close to 39k. I dont think anyone will be getting a great buy on this one. Fair market maybe.

A more appropriate question would be what he would sell it for.....
