The last photo looks like one of your oil lines may be starting to leak. My car had a similar problem and was solved by replacing the line that connects the oil filter housing to the engine case. But before you replace it, clean the area well and then run the engine till it warms up. Then look for the source of the leak. You don't want to be replacing parts that you don't need to.
