The good part is that the diameter is small at 25" which will help you gain clearance on the control arm which is probably the first point of rubbing. However, I think you'll need wider than stock fenders to fit the 13" rim and tire you want to run.

And the worm turns yet again. Turns out the guy does not have C2 turbo but 993 turbo fenders, 1/4s, and front bumper. Hmm now all I need to do is find a 964 narrow body chassis with 993 turbo bodywork to see if my tire will fit.

Man it sure would be nice to know what the heck I might be buying. The guy says 993 turbo kit from patritti - but I don't think they made one - I think all they made was a 993 "widebody" - and I have no idea if that's wider than turbo or not.

Geoffrey, the IMSA car you were referring to running the 315's with the patritti bodywork - was that on a narrow body 964 chassis?

Also, those were 28" diameter compared to my 25". Seems like stuffing an extra 15mm in there would be doable - in theory. I know guys run 330mm street tires on 993 turbos no problem. If the same bodywork on a narrow body 964 chassis gives even more room I'm home free...

All 964 race cars were made from narrow body chassis.
