Nice car - and the right color.
Now, get out and Drive It. My experience from 18 months of ownership, and 16K miles, is that the noises, leaks, etc. (except maybe a clutch thing.... arghhh) go away. I am convinced that these cars are better off being Driven, not Sleeping.
Have Fun!

Totally agree with you sir! I kind of enjoy fixing the little things anyway! This is supposed to be my weekend car as I drive the Cayman as a Daily Driver. BUT, I am constantly wanting to drive the 964!

Congratulations, I just got mine a 1993, a couple of months ago, my second red 964, I love the body style too, great color choice.
Although not as unique as some other colors the red is HOT.![bowdown](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bowdown.gif)
Enjoy it!!!

On your blower motor, mine started wining and it was the bearings. PartsHeaven had a direct replacement motor that cost me about $130. This was several years ago so I imagine prices have gone up but it is not a hard part to change out.
I'm so jealous of your car. Victory was asking $29,900 IIR, how on earth did you get them down to $25K if you wouldn't mind sharing.

I even spoke with him about the blower motor, and he stated you can actually "lube" the bearings somehow and that he wouold have his mechanics walk me through it over the phone! I will give this a shot before ordering a new motor. Sending you a PM as well
