The lower left-side is back to front as well I think. Looks great but that would irritate me more and more over time.

993 Pilot piqued my curiosity, so I checked the door pieces that came with the kit (which I can't use for my doors as they're for 993 doors). If the matting in the top-right dash piece bothers you, you can trim down one of the door pieces to fit and use it instead, since those pieces have the correct matting orientation and are rectangular. I may do that and, if so, will post some pics.

Responding to the question about the aluminum gauge rings, I honestly don't remember where I got mine, but Automotion sells what appear to be a similar set. See:

To install the rings, I used a tip from someone here on Rennlist and got some poster putty from the hardware store and put a few clumps of it inside the rings and pressed them on, making the rings easy to remove and reversible.

Looks Great!

And YES - there is a shortage of Carbon Fiber - the aircraft industry is really sucking it up - especially Boeing with the new 787!!!

Following up on the earlier comments, I trimmed one of the door pieces from the CF kit to fit the upper-right part of the dash. The matting is now "aligned" and, more importantly for me, there is no visible plug from filling the hole for the Euro glovebox door ****. For those who ordered the CF kit, the door piece should be trimmed to be 12 1/4" wide and 1 5/8" tall, with the factory finished edges on the left and bottom, so the cut edges are on the top (where it can't be seen at all) and the right (where it is not visible from the driver's seat).

Here is a picture of the finished result:
