Toe Alignment Specs ?
Couple of questions for everyone regarding Toe Alignment,
1) My steering wheel is off center and cannot be corrected by moving the wheel on the spline. I believe the fix is to get a toe alignment completed ?
2) If answer 1 is yes, can someone share the correct specs for my car please. Here's the details. - Car is a 1990 C4 with Eibach lowering \ sport srpings and Koni shocks. The car is 90% street and 10% track focused. What settings should I use ?
3) What should I expect to pay for a toe alignment. Actually want to avoid a full alignment which was completed a year ago, as I am actually sorting this issue in support of selling the car.
Thanks in advance everyone.

On the steering rack, there is an alignment hole where a Porsche tool can be installed and that will center the rack within its movement left to right. You can then center the steering wheel on the splines.
You can then do the alignment to whatever specs you want.

1) Is the tool to adjust the alignment on the rack a Porsche specific tool or will most alignment shops have it ?
2) If you adjust the adjustment on the rack do you actually need to get an alignment done ?

It is a Porsche specific tool, basically a threaded bolt with a point on it. You only need it to determine the center of the rack so you know that the steering wheel is on the correct spline and I only mention it because you say you have either changed the steering wheel or thought about it.
You can do just a toe adjustment on a 964 on an alignment rack if you wanted to. Assuming the above is correct, just center the steering wheel, lock it in place and perform your toe settings.
