Default From Newbie...Poll: What's the best color for a C2 Coupe?

I got my 964 C2 Coupe (my first Porsche finally!) and the condition of the paint is such, that the folks I ask recommend to re-spray the entire car. It's currently white with a grey interior. So chances are that I might change the color in the process... question to which color? I figure it should be a genuine Porsche color code.

Any suggestions would be great - and pictures would certainly be appreciated.

Thanks -toni

If you're worried about resale value then I would suggest to respray it in the original color. Otherwise, whatever you like, it's your car

Black is the fastest color, and would go nicely with the grey interior. As me- I know.

Geoff you dont have a clue to what you atre talking about. White cars have the better motors thus are faster plus are easier to keep clean. Ask me how I know

I'd keep it white if it were mine - white 911's are cool looking imho - oh, and stick Carrera stickers on the sides too!

It would be sacriledge to re-spray a WHITE car another colour . But it would be OK if you had any other colour

I would change it, although i have a blue 964 i do like silver, silver seems to have a more up to date look especially with a clear set of indicators.

In fact it is well known that red is the most desirable colour.

Paint it whatever colour you like, if you're changing the colour it doesn't even need to be a Porsche colour. I would have no problem buying a car which has had a colour change provided that it was fully documented though the big condition I would have was that it was done completely, not just the exterior, so engine bay, luggage compartment, interior, everything.
