You need big green to afford that- even the Dansk bypass is like $500.

How easy do the bypasses go off and on- would it (a bypass) ever pass in Ga?

p.s. I use reuseable FedEx envelopes and am going to contribute to the "Get Al Gore's Son Out of Jail Fund"- is that green enough??

Changing out the cat by pass is a 30 min job. It is easy. Ive seen some people post on here that their cars passed emissions tests with the cat by pass in place. It probably depends on the state and the requirements. Where I live there is no emissions test. When I lived in Houston they had mobile sniffers that would set up on the onramps and monitor cars as they accelerated onto the freeway. It took a pic of the license plate and if you were out of spec you would get a letter in the mail.

Congrats David and I was glad to help with the purchase. Hopefully I'll see you at Road Atlanta one of these days.

[QUOTE=Chris M.]Congrats David and I was glad to help with the purchase. Hopefully I'll see you at Road Atlanta one of these days.

And/or I may come up and visit you

So going with primary bypass and cat bypass (instead of sport cats) should yield what noise wise? Much louder than the sports or marginal?

Whose cat bypass is recommended?

Why don't you go with the Dansk cat bypass? It's much cheaper, much better sound, and will pass the emissions because of it's ceramic interior.

So far I make it:

Dansk $480
GHL $341
Bursh $240

BTW- Can the Dansk ceramic interior really do what +100 cells and palladium do together? I'm happy if it does but it seems counterintuitive.

I have the cat and primary, and it sounds great but it is really only my weekend car and track car.
Also you should get a chip if you have the cat by pass

David,
I think it is a Fab speed, I bought it from Colin here on the site.
You can stop by and hear it your self if you what or maybe get together for a short weekend run here in Atlanta

This guys are very good

If you think going on the Fabspeed way, consider their dual outlet system (maxflow exhaust) it gives the car a much aggressive look.
