Here are the pics. Sorry about the Audi. And, yes, if you're wondering, I really, really did miss my 964.

Once the GT3 arrives, I'll head out there for some really nice pictures.

That RS4 is certainly quick, mind you.

Where were you all?

Next one coming along soon. I'm away first two weeks in June and my GT3 should be arriving almost as soon as I get back (), so I'll try to fit another in around mid-May.

Phil - so sorry, I completely forgot to give you a ride in the RS4. Remind me next time.

You will have to take me in the GT3 to make up for it

Whoops, looks like I missed out on another great run. I really should visit this forum more often

We'll be in the area in a VW Touran somewhere between 19 May and 22 May, I think.

Now, if you could organise a run sometime in July, I'd be more than happy to bring the 964 over and drive behind that wonderful new machine of yours with the camera running (provided you let me keep up, of course)

Cheers,

JW

Baz,

From the photos it looks like your Carrera script is low down on the lid. ANy reason for that?

JW, once I have the GT3 (mid-June), I'll let you know and we'll fix a date.

It's all to do with the wonderful standard of workmanship by a certain porsche-approved bodyshop...

As Mr.B has rightly pointed out, it was the fault of the shower of **** that are our local Porsche Approved Bodyshop (two branches of the same company). Gets even better when I've got rust appearing on parts of the car that weren't previously rusty. You should have seen the mess they made first time round, eneded up having the car painted three times, marked the headlining, didn't refit the driver's door properly etc etc Right, I'm off for a lie down in a dark room..

But on the plus side, they did paint your engine for you too.
