Default Rear Shocks

Check out my shocks below.

If I crank the spring seat down, will I be able to lower the ride height? or is it just to make it softer or firmer.

If you lower the spring collar, you will lower the car. Since the springs are esentially linear, you will not change the spring rate. You will of course upset the alignment as well as the corner balance.

Sweet, So I could potentially change my ride height by about 1/2 inch.

Hmmm...I was thinking about getting Bilsteins and H&R...but I gues I really do not need it huh?

They (Bilsteins and H&R) make a big difference.
