Yes - it does work well on the spoiler trim.

Ok my turn. Here are the pics of the paintwork on my 964 - completed by the same body shop. The 2nd pic is the area that had rusted and was welded.

Popped back to the bodyshop on Sat as they had to fix my new C4 badge to the engine lid (no charge for the badge ).

Anyway it got me thinking about having the spoiler grill and door handles colour coded (just over £100). What do you think? I have seen a few guys have tried it on 993's but haven't seen a 964 with it done. I'm thinking it will give the car a more modern look, in the same vain as the cup 2's and clear indicators?

Kevin has coloured his spoiler (red) and it looks really good - like it's supposed to be that colour.

he's done the handles too - which also look excellent...IMHO.

lol! yes, for a long while! he was having trouble getting the rubber seals to take paint (i think)...

Seriously yes, painted gaskets were the problem, I couldn't get them right.
