Question 964 Seats Paul Stevens

Ok for some reason the site wont let me post a picture or even a link to a picture so it might be quite difficult getting an answer for this question...

Does anyone know what seats Autoart Paul Stevens is using for his cars???

Ok lets see if this works: Check out Pistonheads com

Click on the PS300R.

(How annoyingly stupid is this, just for a link... )

Glad to help, look like some sort of Recaro to me.

Holy C%*p! £75,000 for a 2.7 lookalike?? Makes our 9m64RS M003 conversions look underpriced at £25+VAT.

Without wishing to hijack the thread (pm me if you need more info) the conversion consists of Motec M48, wiring loom, MAP/TPS/AT sensors, air intake & filter, 6 x injectors, fitting, dyno & road mapping. The power quoted is a minimum that we have seen on our dyno, we have just finished a 993 engine for export to Bahrain that is on Motec, fitted with ported 964 heads it made 339hp on 98ron through 964 exhaust with cat bypass & G-pipe, on 95ron we had to back off the timing but it still made 330hp. Once I download the runs from the dyno pc I'll start a new thread w.r.t. the power differences on standard fuel.

The seats look to be pretty good value for the price, but my money would opt for the Recaro as I know they fit my backside quite well. From experience can I suggest that if you are interested in fitting aftermarket seats to any car, don't buy over the internet because the seats look good, you must take the time to go and sit in the seats in a showroom before you buy to make sure they fit YOU, not just the car.

That is simply amasing 339bhp! But before that would be an option for me ive got more important upgrades such as suspension and brakes etc...But one can always dream

The seats sure does look great and seem to be very good value, but as you say, the most important thing is how they feel. I wouldnt buy a seat without having "tried them on".
