Grille Wall for Rear Spoiler, is it broken
#2
lHard to tell from this angle, but it looks like a piece is missing. Common with this part of the wing. Mine is the same and it is defintely broken. probably will have to be replaced with an OE part. Doubt if it impedes the function of the wing.

Had mine replaced when a section came out like yours about a year ago. Replacement part number on my invoice is 993 512 121 00. In the US, it cost me $88.32 for the part and $83.40 for the labor. I drove a DE event with it damaged and it worked fine (no overheating issues)...so it isn't critical if you can't fix it immediately.

Mike, make sue you go to p-car.com and look at the very bottom of the spoiler wall directions. I just did this repair and it was very easy. Do the bearing at the same time if you have the coffe grinder rear spoiler noise. I just did this and was very pleased with the results.

From: Philly Area ----- George Washington took a dump in my backyard!
Black Duct Tape - yes, fix it!
Open 2/3 of the way and pop-off top and bottom (see the P-car DIY). Put it on the kitchen table and align, leaving ~7 - 8mm gap. Wrap the tape around it, and then just reinstall!
Yes, it's not P-car pure, but it works great. I DE'd and ran in excess of 155 MPH and it is still intact.

FWIW, I've heard some call it the spoiler "accordion" - you can get a new part, or used one from a dismantler.
