Default What are these wheels worth?

Looking at buying these. Already have cups... but I have always liked these. Any idea what I should pay. The Pirellis have 70% tread.
Thanks.

They look like FM10's or Profil 10"s. The wheel and tire package new from Wheel Enhancement would run you around $4000.00. I just looked into the same wheel, but with black centers and polished lip.

Default Fikse FM10's; what a PITA!

I'd owned the same FM10's for a time, and grew to absolutely loathe the bloody things. Great wheels and meaning no disrespect to those who like them, BUT - the way Fikse constructs using an inner barrel that effectively makes a pocket where the "spokes" meet (behind) the rim; God what a bloody pain to clean. Finally I'd just had it and said !@#$% these things. I would bet that others have gotten to know the pleasure of trying to effectivelt detail their FM10's.

FWIW I was looking for something a bit more racy than my current Ruf/Speedlines and got hooked up with ModaCar via Work Wheels for what WheelEnhancment calls the Work "RPM" wheel. $2,850 plus shipment from Wheel Enhancement (not!), cut the order thru ModaCar for $2,280 after having been treated to an excellent reference supporting ModaCar from Jim @ Work Wheels in Cali. (no affiliations).

I'd previously done business with ModaCar for wheels and was very satisfied with how I'd been treated. It amazes me how the price for the same parts drops precipitously when you go a non Porsche specialist. Yes, you have to know exactly what you want. In this case ModaCar did all the brokering of dialogue bet. myself and Work Wheels and made the transaction very simple.

It looks to me like Work Wheels are cast, not forged. The Fikses are forged 3 piece construction, so you can replace just a rim half in the event of a shunt. Those things matter when you are racing. If you are just driving around the street, I would get something that is cast, as they are less likely to bend and typically easier to clean.
