I don't know , he said that it is just because the new cams and that he needs to adjust the valves again to , But he does not think it is the same problem. (I wrote rocker above , but I think he said valves. I was thinking that meant the rockers got loose)
I think I should get it back early next week.
He thinks that I should be ok and not have to split the case. He said that he doesn't think that there is any more trash in the engine from the sealant.

Valve , rocker , same same . Valves loose = Rockers loose .

"he said that it is just because the new cams and that he needs to adjust the valves again"
That sounds fishy . I don't see how the parts could have warn away to the point they need adjustment in 800 miles .

I think I would start doing oil tests every hundred miles to watch what is going on inside . If bad junk ( cam / bearing / etc ) starts showing up in the oil as you drive , better to know than wait till it goes way bad again .

Good call on the oil samples
I was thinking that it is strange too.
So you don't think the new cam and a few new rockers would need a adjustment as these seat or set in to the older parts?
This is good to know before we talk on Monday
Thanks

If they did " seat or set in to the older parts " so much that they were loose and needed adjusting after 800 miles , I think somethings not right . An oil test with interpretation would tell a tale , I think . If it sees a lot of ground up cam in the oil ....

The car was done today, He said that none of the valves were really out of spec
He said that he did all the valves, and changed the oil and he thinks the car is good to go.
He said go out there and drive it and have fun @ DE 's , there should be no problem.

I will try to get over there in the next to pick it up. ... I'll let ya'll know
