964 front blower fan noisy...loose?

964 front blower fan noisy...loose?
My front blower fan is making a helluva noise...just started. How do I check is out? Could it have gooten loose? The air seems to flow to the vents OK but I'm afraid to run it. TIA Bob

Common problem.
Mine sqeeks less than it did when i purchased 5 months ago. I still have been putting it off. SOme say that it can iron itself out if you use it for a time.

It will need to be replaced eventually, since the bearing are probably starting to go out. Good news is that this is an easy replacement and not too expensive.
