Default Left engine mount bad

I noticed that the left engine mount is bad, it seems that the bottom alluminium cover broke off. Their seems to be no obvious problem when driving the car...
Anyone knows how to replace the mount and if it will be complex??

Thanks, Marco

It's fairly easy and if you have a jack and tools you can do it. Look on p-car.com or search this board or the 993 board, I know I've seen a description in a thread.

It's quite easy - I inspected mine the other night and it took about 15 minutes. You need a 13mm socket and an 18mm socket, and a torque wrench and floor jack - that's it!
Here's the quick and dirty of it in 3 easy steps:

jack up engine so it's weight is taken off the mounts - as you jack it up just watch the car so you aren't lifting the car (raising the ride height)

undo the 18mm nuts on the underside of the mounts to free the engine mount from the engine holder (do this from under the car)

undo the two 13mm nuts holding the mount to the body work from above, and remove!
