Cold start buzzsaw sound. i need to fix this ASAP!!!

I listened to the clip & honestly don't know what that was. Failing chain tensioners will be loudest when the engine is hot, and the RPM is low, because they are not getting enough oil pressure to stay pumped up. Also, you should hear a lot of clanking on cold startup because they have leaked down, followed by immediate quiet as the thick oil will have enough pressure to make them work. It is only after the motor warms up that they get noisy again.
