Inconsistent Idle after Tune-Up

The idle is not constant; rolls btw 500 - 900rpm. When I come to a stop, sometimes its as if the car is going to stall but catches itself which can cause me to stall it much easier than b4 the tune-up.
After the car is warmer, seems to even out but it's not consistent.
Any clues?

Try the simple things first: Clean the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve using spray carb cleaner (a 10-minute job). Also, try a DME reset (disconnect battery for ~20 minutes, then reconnect and take it for a spirited drive).

Thanks all.
Tune up was plugs/filter.
I will be checking tomorrow - will give update.
Richard,
Where is the IAC valve?

It is on top of the intake assembly.
See pic, it is circled in red.
Unplug the connector, and hoses. Loosen the clamp and take it out.
Use some carb cleaner, and librally spray the area that the hoses were attached to (inside).
Let it dry off, and re-install. I added a very small dab of light oil to the rotating part inside.
