Today I washed the 964 and the "C" in carrera got broken off (my mind was drifting).

My car is black/black. If I where to replace the "carrera 2", should I go with a black script, or a silver one?

it'll look like you had a rear ender and couldn't find a black badge!

black on black is very subtle, elegant, class, silver is ghetto.

I removed my black "Carrera 4" a little while back and went with the badge delete -- recently I decided I did not like it and installed a silver "Carrera" and really like the look.

I can post a pictures (once I wash the car), if you'd like.

I voted for black.

Since last year I've considered painting my 'Carrera 2' script GP White to match my car, but I just haven't pulled the trigger on that idea yet. So for now it stays black.

I think the badges should be black or painted to match body color if anything. If body color is black, I guess your options are limited! Keep it black!

Replace with Silver "911" if you can get hold of the insigna. Would look good over black and stands out
