I went down to Goodwood yesterday morning where the theme was "Supercars". It was a glorious drive down in the sun, roaring along those fabulous roads with the sunroof open listening to that air cooled flat six as it propelled me up the hills and thorugh the bends.
When I arrived I was amazed at the turnout. Must have been about 120 supercars, and I mean supercars. Enzo's, Daytona's and every Ferrari in between. But for me it was the two Carrera GT's that were the tops. They are GORGEOUS!
In the 'normal' car park were several different 911's including a 964 RS in white and a 993 TT along with all the usual TVR's and other such sporty stuff. really good mix.
Then drove home in convoy with two friends in their rear-engined Renault Clio V6. Of course they seriously struggled to keep up.....hehe
Anyway, here are some links to many pictures from the morning. I will be returning in August when the theme is "German Sportscars".
