Default heat always on?

no matter what settings I have on my 964, my heat is always comming out of the vents.I know its a complex HVAC system on these cars but I was wondering if i deleted the aux. heater blower with the cup heater bypass would this solve my problem?just wondering.

Sounds like you have a bad blend motor. I had the opposite problem, always cold, the drivers side blend motor was bad. There is an article to how to fix somewhere on here.

Cheers

I had this, it was a failed servo motor in the heater somewhere, job for your specialist I think.....
Cheers,

No it won't make a difference, your problem is the servo motor(s) that control the left & right temperature mixing chambers.

You can temporarily "fix" the problem so that you can drive without cooking yourself.
