Would like to know...
Hello you all, hope that the weekend about to end has been as good as possible for everyone. Spent about an hour driving on the outskirts of Lisbon with each of the C4 and the 3.3. The C4 equals bliss with its "calm" strenght and roar. The 3.3 equals sheer bliss...Now I've read a lot since acquiring the 3.3 and everything I read points to the fact that this car has not been overly well received by porschists, some claiming that it was too gentle compared to the 930, not as sporty and raw...hence, a short time later, the turbo 3.6...
Now, keeping racing / tracking aside, did those extra 300 cubic cms, 40 extra horses, 10 kms/h, made that much a difference?
Why is the 3.6 so much more sought after?
Cheers
Miguel

As a former owner of a Turbo 3.6, I'd say "yes, made a difference". Its not just the extra power, its the broader torque and driveability of the 3.6 that helps.
The big red brakes and Speedline wheels look cooler, too.
Of course I sold it to return to a n/a 964...

Hey Charlie, it was cool meeting you at LRP yesterday---hope the weather got better. Anyway, regarding the airwand for the airjacks, check out www.hrpworld.com. Great quality product for a fair price.
See ya soon,
Mike
