asbi, I had the same issue a few years ago.

Elephant has both the hose and fittings. get yourself the fittings, a little more hose than you need, measure it out and have a local shop crimp it for you.
Or just buy the Cohline as suggested by others..but the braided is very easy to route behind the tank
