Throttle Cable Adjustment
I've just seen in another post a reference from Jason suggesting that he adjusts the throttle cable along with a valve adjustment.
I wasn't aware that the throttle cable needed maintenance. Does it get stretched and loose? I figured that if I have the WOT switch engaging then all is well. No?
Cheers,
Dave

Dave,
You are kind of nearly right !!! The full load switch will operate when there is a little more throttle to go.
This is really a two man job . One guy really gives the throttle pedal a proper push , as if he is really going for it ! The other guy checks that the throttle is very near but not on the mechanical stop.
Set this way there should be no cable stretch so adjustment will last a long time.
Adjustment is under the motor .
Just my $0.02
