What the hell is this thing?

Box under passenger seat. Part # 928 618 260 00 Why is it ticking? Is it what's draining my battery? Thank you.

The clicking sound comes from the contacts inside the alarm control unit relay, opening and closing. Your battery voltage has probably dropped below 11 volts and that causes the "relay coil to pull-in and then drop out continuously." I had the same problem, try recharging your battery and you should be okay.
