Where's it leaking from, the top of the quarter windows, or from the top itself?

I use Ragg Top cleaner and sealer about once a year or when the top stops beading up. It sheds water like its been waxed. It is a 2 part wash and sealer. Got it at the dealer for about $30 or so. I am sure there are other products just as good or better out there.

I sprayed a water repellent that is commonly used for suede shoes or suede jackets for that little extra protection against humidity. As it's a micro film of plastic, cover your paintwork/windows/plastic window, for overspray as this is sprayed from a arosol can. It worked great...
My wife's idea... "Thanks Jutta"...

It worked for us,
Marc..

PS. The right weather conditions... (No wind or direct sun light)
and do not over apply, 1-2 coats and stop...

garrett,
Interesting site... I would have gone that route also, more reassuring to see a car and not a shoe on the aerosol can... End result probably the same as are the ingredients. The problem here in France is that we have to improvise more often when it comes to car products, they’re just not into cars, like in the States.. anyway...

How are you doing all these weeks later, hope life has returned to normal again for you the Family and Porsches...

From here,
Marc...

I used to have rain drip on the outer most part of the passenger seat following a good downpour. It turned out to be a broken cable in the roof running front to back over the window. The symptoms of this also include wind noise at speed.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Paul

BTW, the roof should also be "proofed" from time to time. Porsche sell a "Scotch-Guard"-like aerosol for this purpose. It cost me about 10 UK pounds from Design911 as I recall.

Cheers,
Paul

Used Ragg Top with great success and have also used 303 Protectant for canvass which is available at RV suppliers.
