I can't play Garrett376's mp4 through Media Player, any ideas ?

When I bought my C4, the handling was indeed "quirky" or to be more precise, it understeered a lot. Reducing the rear tyre presures to 36psi helped imensely and was by far the cheapest mod I've made to the car. Fitting a strut brace, 17" wheels, lowering it with Eibach springs & Bilstein dampers and setting the geometry to near RS spec improved it further (but cost rather more). I'm now really happy with it and wonder if its original handling had anything to do with the previous 9 owners clocking up 73k miles between them, whilst I've now done 60k very happy miles. Boy am I looking forward to getting it back after its engine rebuild.

jlr, my last Porsch was a 95 993 cab. Besdies the wider body, I couldn't see a huge difference from my C4 964. I actully like the feel of the C4 front wheel drive, Although I have not driven either one of them on the track so i could not say how they perform under stress conditions. As far as buying a C4 for driving in the snow, It drives well but do you really want a Porsche to deal with winter drivers. When I moved from Dallas to Cleveland with my 993, I got a 10 year old tahoe, garaged the Porsche for sun days and didn;' worry about grandma sliding into my engine.

Glad it worked... the driving though, was OK... it was the first race in my C4 as a matter of fact!!! So I didn't want to wad it up!
