Scam for sure
I love it when they post something like 450 HP but give 0 info on what mods were done to up a car by 130 hp over stock.

I wonder if this is the same scammer that had a C-4 on recently for $12K "BIN" price and it was pulled.
It came from GA as well
The location seems high end:

It's public offerings like this that help de-value our Porsches. The shell alone without an engine would be worth the price. Most of the 91 Turbos I've seen with less tham 60k miles are in the $35 to $45 range.

No feedback and just signed up for eBay on Jan 23rd.
Would be funny if someone local asked to see it.
My money is on fraud.
I sent the seller a message jsut for fun.

Anyone around here live close to the guy? I wonder if he would allow a PPI? I guess for that price you wouldn't need one... If the car exists. It might be fun to pull a CarFax on the VIN...

Sure smells like a fraud. In ran a carfax on the VIN, and they state two owners, the last being in CA. While people can move, Carfax also stated that the last known milage was 15,632 on 7/1/2005. That would mean that the current owner would have put approx. 40,000 miles on the car in 6 months. While it is not impossible, the 2nd owner only put 3500 miles on the car in 2 years prior, which doesn't smell correct.
And the seller still hasn't responded to any of my questions.
Ah, the dreams of an inexpensive turbo down the drain...

Anyone live near Alpheretta, GA?
I would buy it up if I didn't think it was total BS!
I DID get a quick reply asking if a PPI could be done at my expense. Here is the reply (or is it a non-reply?).
"I'm really sorry for this late reply but I've been very busy lately and away from a computer. The car is located in Alpharetta GA, in excellent running and body condition, no flaws on it or any other mechanical problems. It has a clear title and it will be signed and notarized on your name as soon as the payment will be completed.Regarding payment I am aware of the buyer's protection and we will use eBay's motors vehicle purchase protection program which will hold the payment until you receive the car. If you are interested you will be asked to make a deposit of $2,950, the buy it now price is $14,000. However, the deposit is 100% refundable if the car is not as described.
If you are interested please provide me the following information's necessary to take a decision :
-your full name and address for shipping -your phone # -any negative feedback and if so .... for what reason.
If I receive the requested information you will be informed by eBay during the next hours with details about your purchase.
The car will be inspected and evaluated by eBay's team so there is no need to ask me about it's condition as long it will be a guaranteed purchase by eBay.
Thank you,
Debbie Hilderbrandt"
Yeah, "EBay's Team" is inspecting the car... RIGHT!!!!!!!

Doesn't sound like the car exists. I will be amazed if they actually met with someone local to look at it.
They will take the money and disappear. They are putting the onus on eBay's "vehicle purchase protection program". What do they care? They will bank the money and be gone.
Though I'm not sure how they get around the escrow part of it... I'm sure that would become clear later.
I wouldn't trust eBay to inspect my underwear much less a car...
EDIT: Breaking news! Oops, the listing is gone. There's a shocker. Who here told on them?
