Some Blue Ridge Parkway driving this weekend (close to Mt. Mitchell).

Stunning Jetta! Got a couple myself from this weekend. Was taking photos from this spot until I was about to leave and... batterie was flat.
So I've seen myself obliged to capture the whole sunset.

Very nice. I have family between Brevard and Hendersonville - have spent a lot of time visiting Pisgah (sp) but have only been to Mt. Mitchell a few times - was one of my grandmother's favorite places though.

I hadn't noticed before that you have the front oem mudflaps installed...nice!
Can we have some close ups? I have a set that eventually are going to be mounted only in winter. Along with my winter front trays...

The mud flaps are a direct fit to the WB rockers. You need to modify the NB rockers to fit a speed nut to mount them.

Inspired by 911Jetta and a little bit of free time, I decided to leave work early and head out for a drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway yesterday. The clouds were a nice addition to a great drive.

Dukmon for the win! That’s the spirit, nice vistas.
Love seeing the “out in the wild” pictures, as my car is currently on lockdown in the garage while we ride out Hurricane Florence. (No bad weather here yet, hope everyone in S.C. takes care!)

Udo hopefully no issues and you all come out unscathed.
The Blue Ridge is an amazing drive for sure, I wish I had my Targa or Spyder when I drove it.
Here’s a shot of the Targa from last weeks concours, took first in class with a score of 238.5 out of 240. I also Learned what I need to do to improve my score for next year.
