Saw this last night at our annual Cruise night BBQ. The owner drove up from south Jersey. Here is a case where he could not find a car that met his needs so he purchased a car that needed lots of TLC and the car was reworked from stem to stern.
You could never tell it had high miles the job was well done and being a 93 targa makes it quite rare. It took me a while to determine its MY but the roll bar was a giveaway. You don't see many without the vents.

We counted 240 cars on the field quite the collection. Unfortunately, the charcoal showed up late so the food line was long but everyone seemed fine. The weather was perfect and the cooks did a great job trying to catch up. I did the cooking one year and it is a thankless painful job.
The band was terrific. We are thinking about using them for the 60th picnic. Considering they were part of the Allman Brother's Band up until 2014 no wonder they sounded so good.
Hopefully we will see many more Porsche's at the 60th Anniversary Picnic on August 13th we are figuring on over 600 attendees. I am hoping Bob Linton will bring the last 930 turbo. The America GS is out of the question but I am sure he will bring something to delight.
If anyone is interested in attending NNJR's 60th anniversary picnic, early registration ends July 1 and we already have over 200 registered. Great venue I helped fund it with 10 years of my son going to camp there and if you have kids it will be a blast for them. Multiple pools, slides, events, food served all day long and a pavilion that can handle 800 if the sun is too strong or.
