There used to be a builder back in the 80s that built ultra wide turbos like this. I don't recall the builders name but was well known at the time. They also started with the supper sized intercooler tales.

I always thought they looked out of proportion. A little wider is one thing but this takes it too far IMO. Kind of like the woman I see walking around in Paterson with butt implants.

I had a chance to drive one in Germany back in the 80's. It might have been the torsion bar suspension but it drove like crap and was all over the road. You had to fight to keep it going straight. I am assuming these drive better or is it like the slammed look where the owners convince themselves the car drives properly?

Thanks Steve send me a copy when you have the time. Too bad my phone crapped out and we couldn't meet up until the rain came. It was a crappy ride home but I put nearly 1000 miles on her in the past few weeks. Only three mies in bad traffic weren't fun.
