I know it isn't much, but I'll add my redhead over here 
I already have the money for the suspension to bring the car down to proper height, just so torn between H&R Red or Green.

I'm on greens, and like them a lot, but i would not love them if i was driving the car any more than the once or twice per week that i do.

After comparing the spring rates of my "race" springs on my GTI, I think I might just do Green and be done with it!!

Race Car
perfect windless evening on the way home tonight ....
burnt a tank of fuel today ...
spent in the mountains with this pristine 1989 328 GTS (abs) with 12k miles on it.
Very fast in a straight line v the 3.8 - its a 3.2 V8 - but soft and slushy in the bends
