Thanks for all the input, I will properply change them.
Although I am considering removing the dirt between the segments and then drive it a couple of months and then look if there a dirt again. After all they must be pretty old to look like that.
The fact that it doesn't look like there are an increased gap between the rotor and the segments, is the reason why I might try just cleaning them.
